Call for van recovery24/7 Van & Light Commercial Recovery
A van going down usually takes a working day with it. Our 24/7 van recovery service covers small panel vans through to long-wheelbase and Luton bodies, loaded or empty, across London and nationwide — recovered to your yard, your garage or the job you were heading to.
07903 757657Recovery line open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including weekends and bank holidays.
One number whether it is a courier van blocking a loading bay or a Luton van recovery from a motorway hard shoulder.
Get somewhere safe, keep your hazards on and call the recovery line. Tell us what is in the back and we will send a unit that can take the weight.
07903 757657What we recover
Weight, length and whatever is in the back all matter, and a loaded van behaves very differently to an empty one. We ask the right questions on the call so the unit that turns up can actually lift it.

Four steps from the moment you call to the moment your van is delivered. No apps, no membership, no waiting on hold.
Ring the 24/7 recovery line or send a WhatsApp message. A real controller answers, not a queue.
Make, model, wheelbase and roughly what is in the back. That decides which unit we send.
We confirm the unit we are sending, the price and a realistic time, then head straight to you.
Your van is loaded, strapped and secured, then delivered to your yard, garage or the job.
Why trades call us
We are a recovery operator, not a call centre selling your job on. When you ring, you speak to the people who send the truck — and that is why the answers you get are straight ones.
Vans break down on early starts and late finishes. Our line is answered through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays.
We ask about wheelbase, height and load on the call, so the truck that arrives can actually take it.
You are told what the recovery costs before we set off. No meters running, no surprise invoice at the kerbside.
Tools and stock stay in the back. Nothing is unloaded onto a pavement to make the lift easier.
Strong coverage across Greater London plus Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Devon, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
Sole traders, couriers, contractors and fleet operators all use the same recovery line.
Every kind of van breakdown
If the van cannot safely finish its round, it needs recovering. These are the calls that come in most often.
Dead on the key or turning over without firing, often first thing on a cold morning before the first drop.
A jump start on scene where the battery will take one, and recovery where it will not. Common on short-run and stop-start vans.
Wheel changed at the roadside where it is safe to do so, or recovered when there is no spare and nowhere safe to work.
Emergency fuel delivered to get you moving, or recovery to a garage if the wrong fuel has gone in.
No drive, no gear selection or a snapped belt on a loaded van. It is not going anywhere on its own wheels.
Limp mode, red temperature lights or steam from the bonnet. Do not push on to the next drop.
Speak to a controller
You do not need a membership, a policy number or an app. Tell us the van and where it is, and we will do the rest.
Where we cover
Our base is London, so that is where we are quickest — but the recovery line covers long-distance jobs the length of the country.
Central, North, South, East and West London, including the boroughs and towns our units run through most often.
Long-distance work well beyond the M25, including cross-country and overnight moves.
Not sure whether you are in our patch? Ring the line with your postcode and we will tell you straight away.
Straight answers on price
Every recovery is quoted individually, because no two jobs are the same. These are the five things a controller will ask about before giving you a price.
Where the van is now and where it needs to end up.
A short panel van and a high-roof Luton need very different units.
What is in the back changes the lift, and sometimes the truck we send.
Overnight, weekend and bank holiday call-outs are priced differently.
Loading bays, low car parks and tight industrial estates take longer.
No surprises. You get a clear figure on the phone before a unit is dispatched, and that is the figure you pay. If the job changes on arrival — a van heavier than described, or an access problem nobody knew about — we tell you before we do anything, not afterwards.
Stay safe
The few minutes after a breakdown matter most. Get yourself safe first — the van can be dealt with afterwards.
Tell the controller what is in the back when you call. In almost every case the load travels with the van, so nothing has to be unloaded onto a pavement or left behind. If the van needs to go somewhere your kit cannot, say so and we will agree where it should be dropped instead.
Call The Recovery LineOnce you are safe, a controller will stay on the line and confirm what we are sending.
Trade & fleet
A van off the road is a day off the road. Contractors, couriers and fleet operators use the same line, with jobs booked in and delivered where you need them.
Your van collected from a job, a customer driveway or the roadside and delivered to your own garage.
Book a recoveryFast turnarounds when a van fails mid-round, so the load can be moved on rather than left stranded.
Call the recovery lineRepeat recovery work handled by one controller who already knows your vans and your depots.
Set up an accountCommon questions
The questions our controllers are asked most often. If yours is not here, ring the line and ask.
In almost every case, no. The load travels with the van. Tell the controller roughly what is in the back when you call so we send a unit that can take the weight, and nothing needs unloading onto a pavement.
Yes. Your van goes wherever you tell us — the job you were heading to, your own yard, your garage or your home address. If nobody will be there to receive it, say so when you book so we can agree how it is to be left.
Yes. High-roof long-wheelbase vans, Lutons and box bodies with tail lifts are recovered regularly. Give the controller the make, model and body type so the right unit is sent first time.
No. There is no membership, no annual fee and no policy number needed. You call, we quote, and you pay for the recovery you actually need.
Sometimes. A flat battery, a flat tyre or an empty tank can often be sorted on scene so you can carry on. A clutch, a gearbox or a belt needs a workshop, and recovery is both quicker and safer.
Tell the controller the location and any height restriction when you call. We will send equipment that fits, which may mean skates or a smaller unit rather than a standard tilt bed.
Yes. Electric vans are recovered on a flat bed with the driven wheels off the ground, which is what most manufacturers require. Mention it on the call so the right unit is dispatched.
Yes. The recovery line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Out-of-hours call-outs are priced differently and you are told the figure before dispatch.
Yes. Seized brakes, a locked steering column, a missing key or a van that will not select neutral are all routine. Mention it on the call so the right winch and skates are on board.
Yes. Garages, contractors, couriers and fleet operators can arrange account terms. Ask the controller when you call and we will set it up.
